Aloha mai kakou, we wanted to share this mo'olelo (story or history) of an makuahine (mother) of Hawaïian descendant of Lahaina rooted to the core whom lost her home. This home provided shelter and care for alot of their ohana(family) that goes back for generations. They are the Kuleana family. They lost everything in the house and whatever else on the property that precious memories or can't be replaced.

The house was not insured so we not will receive any money or funds for re-building but the land is still under their ohana. And they will not sell or compromise. This land will continue to be under their ohana forever.
